Memorial Day weekend a group of us spent the weekend at Pellicer Creek in St, Augustine FL. The campground was small, well maintained and had a small dock that was very inviting. Of course we ate like it was our last meal the entire weekend, drank like fish but that’s what glamping is all about! We met some new glampers and really enjoyed getting to know them, John even got to paddle around Pellicer Creek with them. We had a great time exploring around Downtown St. Augustine. We did the tour at the St. Augustine Distillery which was really interesting. The Florida Mule drink was excellent! Had a great lunch at Aunt Kate’s out on the deck overlooking the water. The views were great, food was delicious as always and the company we were with was even pretty decent!
The weekend of June 5th we were at Seasons in The Sun RV Park. We enjoy going there from time to time as it is very quiet, they have 2 beautiful pools and a hot tub. It was really hot that weekend so we enjoyed cooling off in the pool! Of course we ate and drank and played some games.
I am currently sitting at our booth as I type this at the Tampa Bay Summer RV Show. Thankfully it is an indoor show with AC! Yesterday while setting up the AC was not running and there was no breeze, it was not fun!
